Flow of movement is our birthright, studying and experiencing the barriers to movement can change our brain and enhance our life. Feldenkrais lessons are for those who are curious about movement, and anyone who would like to upgrade their movement challenges. The lessons are intimate explorations, you will follow verbal guidelines and be encouraged to move at your own pace. The gentle movements, done S L O W L Y and M I N D F U L L Y , intend to bring your attention to your OWN personal experience.

each week we will focus on a different function or body part as it relates to the whole body/self. Ilana Nachoum has been a Feldenkrais teacher and physical therapist for more than 30 years. In the mid1980s, Ilana’s debilitating back pain inspired her to discover the versatile uses of Foam rollers as an exercise apparatus. Ilana’s international seminars and instructional videos on the application of the Foam rollers to rehabilitation, educated over a thousand movement therapists and helped thousands of people to ease their pain and improve their posture.
