Hatha Flow

This is a dynamic class, and, depending on the energy of those in class, the teacher will intuit a pace suitable for everyone. She will take you on a journey, while holding a safe container for you to explore your body and mind, finding your internal and external yoga maps. With laughter and ease, you may find yourself going deeper into your breath, and your flexibility and balance will blossom. She encourages self expression to the level that you are comfortable. Mantra: check in and be gentle with your body. Ground, fly, balance, contract, expand, strengthen, and learn more about energetics and alignment to keep you safely practicing well into your hundreds. Demonstrations and modifications offered. From creative vinyasa to wall practice for inversions, balancing poses, and deep stretches to rooting ground work, come and play!

Olympia is certified by Yoga Garden SF’s 200 hour Teacher Training and their 85 hour Prenatal Teacher Training.
