Adding the mobility, flexibility, and mindfulness that is required to keep our physical bodies safe, strong, healthy and vibrant.
Some segments of class will be softer and focus on opening the joint bodies, developing proprioceptive sensitivities and connecting our movements together fluidly while other sections will require a deeper draw, diving into developing the wellspring of our metabolic and mindfulness capabilities and cultivate our available energetic resources. All classes are open level and will be as rewarding as the effort the practitioner puts into the work. All are welcome to come play, explore and of courseā€¦evolve.
