Kristi’s graceful teaching style will guide you through Kundalini Yoga kriyas, designed to balance body, mind and soul through postures, breathing exercises, meditation, chanting and relaxation. This yoga awakens consciousness and increases energy flow for a more vital and alive human be-ing. You can expect a focused theme for each class in which we will dive deep into the healing process. Mantra and mediation will be a key aspect to the practice as well. Kristi will share her live devotional Kundalini music for the closing of class and some meditations.
