Light Hatha Flow

This class begins with meditation to ground ourselves and from there we guide our bodies through breath and movement to gain the need for more openness. A warm, flowing, meditative class harmonizing breath with strong movement cultivating strength, balance and flexibility.


Christa practices Jyotish of the Vedic Astrological Tradition and takes individuals through her 30 day program Commit to Shift. She also guides people to greater communion with the divine through individual emotional release sessions.
