Lunchtime Hatha

Take a break and nurture your mind and body in this 75 minute lunchtime class. It will re-energize you for the rest of the day. This class is a blend of different styles focusing on traditional asanas held in accurate alignment, breath-movement coordination, and yoga/life philosophy. The class offers everything from vinyasa (hatha flow) to longer holds in poses. The class theme changes weekly.

As a teacher I want to bring supportive guidance to my students.  I like to teach a combination of Vinyasa and Alignment-based yoga incorporating some restorative elements. I studied with many teachers including Noah Maze, Judith Lasater, Christy Brown, Sienna Smith, Darren Main, etc., and am currently working on my 500-hour Yoga Alliance certification.


His classes are built on flowing sequences designed to work with the energetics of the body. Daniel’s compassionate, intuitive and non-judgmental teaching style allows students to find their own practice within the flow of the class.
